Mike — Founder / The “Make-It-Happen-Perfectly” Guy
Every pool company claims experience. Mike actually has it. He holds an MBA, a degree in Electrical Engineering from Texas Tech, and has spent 20+ years designing and building luxury pools that are engineered correctly, look incredible, and stand the test of time. He obsesses over elevation, hydraulics, efficiency, and long-term performance because a luxury pool should stay luxury, not become an expensive headache.
Joy — VP of Marketing and The “This Should Be Enjoyable” Person
If Mike builds the wow, Joy builds the experience. Joy holds an MBA and is a PMP®-certified project manager, which means she specializes in clarity, structure, communication, and timeline excellence. She’s also a mom of two teens, so she personally understands why a home needs a space that feels peaceful, fun, and like a getaway — even on a Tuesday.
Ian — VP of Construction / The “You’ll Always Know What’s Happening” Guy

Ian brings a unique blend of leadership, communication, and high-standard execution, strengthened by his background in customer experience and military service.
